Attorney: Amarilis Adorno-Cunill

Licensed to practice law in 1998 Amarilis E. Adorno-Cunill, who is known as Amy, has a passion for getting results. Amy graduated in 1995 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she obtained a B.A. degree in Psychology. After graduating from Ann Arbor, Amy attended the University of Wisconsin where she obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree. Amy is a member of the Wisconsin Bar, the Western District Court of Wisconsin, the Florida Bar, the Southern District Court of Florida, the American Bar Association and American Association for Justice. Prior to opening her own law office, Amy served the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office--Child Support Division.

Attorney: Kenneth Damas

Ken graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and English in 2004 and Juris Doctorate Degree in 2007. Ken is a member of the Florida Bar, Cuban American Bar Association, American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. While in law school, Ken was a member of the Center of Ethics and Public Service, where Ken assisted low income families with probate legal problems.

Ken was also an editor of Res Ipsa Loquitor, a member of the Litigation Skills team and received the Dean's List Award. As for his legal experience, Ken served the Miami-Dade County's Public Defenders Office--Juvenile Division; Sterns Weaver, Miller, Weissier, Ahadeff & Sitterson, PA specializing in civil disputes; the Law Firm of Trescott, Drucker and Vassallo specializing in both civil and criminal litigation and Miami Law Title & Trust, specializing in real estate matters, prior to joining the firm. Ken works zealously for his clients specializing in Civil Litigation, Family Law and Real Property Law

Office Manager: John Cunill

John has a passion for customer service and a strong background in management. After graduating high school, John joined the U. S. Army Reserves and subsequently became a police officer. During his career at the police department, John worked in areas relating to Narcotics, Marine Patrol, and SWAT. John obtained an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Miami Dade College and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.

Hands on management experience were gained by working with his wife Amy Adorno-Cunill at Miami Law Title & Trust as office manager and co-founder, and later at the Law Office of Adorno-Cunill & Damas. The strong managerial style aided in the success of both offices. Later on, John found a desire to pursue a law degree and expand his role in the office. In 2009 John was the recipient of a merit scholarship to St Thomas University School of Law where he enrolled to pursue a Juris Doctorate Degree
